Fourty-One Fifty

We were able to transform a neglected, deteriorating house into a market-ready home designed for Pacific Northwest buyers. The renovation focused on restoring function and flow while introducing a calm, warm and clean color palette.
Strategic, cost-effective updates improved layout, lighting, and livability, creating a cohesive and inviting space. The result is a modernized home that feels grounded, durable, and aligned with the lifestyle and expectations of today’s PNW market.
K&L Ranch

This renovation centered on creating a dedicated, gallery-like Lego showcase room within a home that lacked both space and proper access—especially above the garage. Rather than compromise, we designed a full rear and over garage addition, expanding the footprint and reworking circulation to create a seamless entry into Legoland and maximizing square footage.
The space feels open, intentional, and completely tailored to how the clients wanted to live with and enjoy their collection. They were absolutely thrilled with the result—it became not just a display room, but one of their favorite spaces in the entire home.
Connor Butte

This project transforms a run-down home with stunning Mt. Hood views into a modern Pacific Northwest retreat for a growing family. The design reinvents the house toward the landscape, improving sight lines and creating stronger connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.
A natural material palette of wood, stone, and soft neutrals brings warmth and cohesion to the modern renovation. The result is a light-filled, functional home that supports family living while celebrating Mt. Hood as its defining focal point.
Virgina Ave

This project reinterprets a low-budget 1970s condo with a refined, modern sensibility while honoring its original era through thoughtful, cost-conscious updates.
The custom walnut cabinetry was a bit of a splurge for this project but we achieved a result that is approachable yet elevated and provides interior that feels intentional, cohesive, and current—transforming an overlooked condo into a stylish, livable home with timeless appeal.

22nd Street

This full renovation reimagines a mid-century split-level into a space that feels both fresh and familiar. The kitchen was opened to the living room to create a brighter, more connected main level—perfect for everyday living and gathering.
The client wanted a modern update without losing warmth, which came through in the use of soft, inviting tones and subtle traditional touches. Two-tone cabinetry adds depth and interest while keeping the overall feel calm and cohesive.
The end result is a home that feels updated yet timeless—comfortable, personal, and easy to live in.

Apartment - Design Package

This project focused on the design of a large, ground-up apartment community, with interiors and exterior materials developed within a fixed budget.
Unit interiors were planned with efficient layouts and durable, cost-conscious finishes that maintained a clean, modern feel using warm neutrals and natural wood tones.
A coordinated exterior palette was created for both the residential buildings and clubhouse, combining siding variations, masonry accents, and complementary textures to establish a cohesive overall identity.
The scope also included input on the landscape design at the clubhouse entry, helping to shape a welcoming arrival experience that tied into the broader architectural and material concept.
